Eat Fat to Burn Fat #1: Intro

This is just a quick test post for the blog.

This blog is about one very simple thing: we've been told that "fat makes you fat," yet decades of a low-fat craze have actually left us much fatter, not thinner, and with a whole host of diseases to boot.

I'm here to cover some of the newest science on the issue of fat, how you can actually lose fat by eating fat, and on what you can do to eat and promote a truly healthy diet.
